TERMS OF SERVICE

--Revised on 04/16/2023--By commissioning me (Daniel Neris/Copper the Bush Dog), you are agreeing to these terms of service. You are also assuming you are 18 years old and have the money to commission me.Terms may change during closed commissions period.PAYMENT/REFUNDS:Payment method is via PayPal invoice. I will send the invoice through the email provided by the customer.I will not start or send any artwork or part of the commission until payment has been processed.If there is no payment, I will cancel the commission at any time.The complexity can increase the value of the artwork. This can and should be discussed and agreed before payment.Payment is upfront. Only values above 200 usd can be divided into 2x (first half for me to start, second half for me to send the finished artwork)I can also refund you for personal reasons (health problems or problems with my hardware/equipment).HOW I WORK:Send clear references of your character. Must contain species and gender information.I will adapt your character to my art style. I value the coherence of lighting and colors of light in the image. So keep in mind that I will adapt your character's colors to the type of environment you've chosen. I'll also make sure the character stands out in the scene, if you want to have more control of the lighting in the character and the scene, provide references for that.Please do not send links.The deadline to finish the art and send it to the customer is 30 days after payment confirmation.I can be contacted via Twitter or Discord.Please, if commissions are closed, I'll be busy working on commissions (working on artworks and giving feedback to clients). Do not use the communication channels to request a price list or request commissions until I can make the service available. Thanks.USAGE OF WORK:The customer only has the right to the full resolution PNG file. The PNG file can be uploaded via Discord, via WeTransfer, or via Google Drive download link.The client has the right to post the finished artwork wherever he wantsThe customer is under no obligation to credit me, but the customer cannot remove the signature from the artwork.I have the right to post the artwork/commission on my social media, portfolios and online galleries.WHAT I DON'T DRAW/PAINTI don't do NSFW art.I don't draw explicit violence, pregnancy, extreme fetishes, feces and offensive themes.

----About Price Categories----For the "Icon", "Half Body" and "Full Body" categories, the backgrounds are not the focus, and can be simplified if the amount of detail disturbs the clarity of the image. This will depend on the amount of character details. Framing will only favor the character in the scene.If you want a bigger scene, with more scenery visible, choose the "Wallpaper" category.

  • Headshot/Bust = 130 usd (background art included)

  • 4000x4000 pixels

  • Half Body = 200 usd (background art included)

  • 4000 x 5000 pixels or 5000 x 4000

  • resolutions are non-negotiable, they are adjusted according to the pose chosen by the client

  • Full Body = 270 usd (background art included)

  • 4000 x 6000 or 6000 x 4000 pixels

  • resolutions are non-negotiable, they are adjusted according to the pose chosen by the client

  • Wallpaper (large scene) = 400 usd

  • Papel de parede (cena ampla) = 2000 brl

  • 5000 x 2812 pixels (16:9)

  • 70 usd for each additional character

Contrast and lighting must match the type of environment or situation chosen.
